A lightweight, high-availability control platform for critical broadcast environments
Centrally manage and monitor every tx edge in your estate, even behind third-party firewalls, from a single unified management system.

tx core is a lightweight, high-availability control platform, purpose-built to manage tx edge and other Techex software products across critical broadcast environments.
tx core centrally manages the deployment of upgrades, even to tx edges behind firewalls. It connects to tx edge and streams telemetry over secure WebSockets, allowing control and monitoring of deployments behind third-party firewalls.

How is tx core built?
tx core is built around a high-availability cluster.
Commands and information are synchronised automatically and in real time across the cluster, so any server can control devices connected to any other. Clusters withstand the loss of an individual server, and can load-balance to increase capacity.

Manage your estate, anywhere
tx core's administration interface is built around modern, responsive design practices, so it works as well on a desktop as it does on a tablet or phone.
Every tx edge reports its state in real time, including online status and active channel, giving operators reliable feedback even when acting on a service they can't see directly.
tx core verbosely captures all events to a high-performance time series database, allowing bitrate, jitter, RTP errors, CC errors, ARQ statistics and more to be plotted and correlated over time.
A northbound Grafana-native datasource provides correlated monitoring of all tx edge instances and third-party infrastructure, without writing custom queries. Notifications can be routed to Slack, Microsoft Teams, webhooks and email, or via Grafana to PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Telegram and Prometheus Alertmanager, with native syslog output for Splunk.
